Our Arrangements
Three ways we can work alongside you
Each arrangement is shaped around a different kind of need. Begin where you are — there is no requirement to commit to more than makes sense at this moment.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How every engagement is structured
Before any work begins, we spend time understanding your situation and what you are hoping an advisory relationship might offer. This is not a sales meeting — it is a short, open conversation to determine whether there is a useful fit. Only when that is clear do we agree on which arrangement suits your needs.
Every engagement, regardless of arrangement, follows the same principles: you lead the agenda, we listen carefully, we share perspectives without directing, and we close with a written note that captures the shape of what was discussed. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is left unacknowledged.
